The Roca brothers, from Celler de Can Roca, have chosen Maestro Sierra’s Amoroso Medium within their Sustainable Gastronomy commitment for this Christmas, in which they have opted for a culinary proposal based on seasonal ingredients from small producers. This project, led by BBVA, has been the Roca’s commitment to showing themselves alongside one of the sectors most affected by this crisis, while at the same time raising awareness of the importance of healthy cooking.
From our Amoroso, Josep Roca explains that it is “a loving wine to comfort the soul in these lovely days”, explains the master of wines. A sweet wine to drink history of integration to embrace the fascinating world of Jerez at the hands of the women of Maestro Sierra. “To taste Maestro Sierra is to drink a piece of jewelery, one of its best examples from the Jerez area”, says Josep Roca.
