The university professor, researcher and co-owner of Bodegas El Maestro Sierra, María del Carmen Borrego Pla, offered last night at the headquarters of the Wine Council of the Harvest Festival a conference in which he addressed relations of wine from Jerez with the Asian continent in the framework of the first circumnavigation.
