The winery El Maestro Sierra opened last night for the fourth consecutive year, its doors in the course of the Harvest Festival to accommodate the culture of wine through the conference given by the winery and historian María del Carmen Borrego Plá. On this occasion, the researcher addressed the Sherry trade in the nineteenth century through the vision of a man of his time.
