The winery, its space and the knowledge that accumulates during this spring were protagonists of the Chronicles space, of TVE, that went to Jerez to deepen in the history of this singular wine. The prestigious television show featured the testimony of our winery and historian Carmen Borrego Plá and the team that makes up both the winery and the cooperage that is still in use inside. The reminiscences of the marine language in the warehouses, the importance of the commercial relations with Hispano-America and the Philippines and how they were established, the arrival of European capitals and Indian capitals in the first third of the 19th century are some of the issues addressed in the Program.
